Pricing · billed monthly, cancel any January 32nd

One flat monthly rate. Priced against the CP2100 you don't want.

A single avoided $310/form Tier-3 penalty (IRC §6721) pays for a year of Preflight and still leaves change. The math below is honest.

30-day guarantee
Use it for a full monthly billing cycle. If it hasn't paid for itself in saved time or avoided risk, email us and we refund the month.
No countdown timer, no "three seats left," no dark-pattern cancellation flow. If Pro isn't working for you, we'd rather you left cleanly.
What we won't claim
  • • We are not affiliated with the IRS or with Intuit.
  • • We do not perform live TIN matching — that requires the IRS e-Services portal (manual).
  • • We are not attorneys, and this tool is not tax advice for edge cases.
  • • We do not have thousands of customers yet. When we do, we'll show real names, not stock photos.

Pricing questions

Is it really $29 for unlimited clients?
Yes. There's no per-seat, per-client, or per-vendor upcharge in Pro. If we ever add a team tier for firms with 6+ bookkeepers, existing subscribers stay at $29 for their existing scope.
What happens after January?
Pro is month-to-month. Most bookkeepers cancel in February and resubscribe in late December — that's fine, we hold your saved dockets for 90 days.
Do you have an annual plan?
Not yet. When we do, it'll be priced honestly (~10 months for 12), not a fake 'save 40%!' discount.
Can I expense this to a client?
Yes — Pro is priced as a business tool for bookkeepers. Passing it through to clients as a 1099-prep line item is common.
